Theo is a licensed & experienced tour organizer, freelance tour guide & interpreter.  He has experience across a wide spectrum of the tourism industry. Theo Has worked with large and small tour operators, sustainable tourism management and marketing projects, and NGOs. 

Having been trained to look at many different aspects of tourism, he knows that sustainability means long-term planning, management, experience, and understanding of diverse cultures and environments as a fundamental part of tourism. Theo has furthered his experience through both personal and work travels.
